Professional photographer Takashi Karaki will introduce you to this wonderful and spectacular star and sky tour of Daisen, Tottori in the Sanin Region. During your tour you have no need to take photos, as you are the photographer’s models and can make your own statements and memories with penlights.

Lecture and Personalized Photo Shoot
The Lecture
The lecture starts with a presentation of star constellation information, while looking at the photos of Sanin (Tottori and Shimane) taken in various locations by famous photographer Takashi Karaki.
If you find a place you like within the photos observed, you can make a plan to go there for sightseeing.
Personalized Photo Shoot
Please drive yourself to the selected photo shoot location. After arrival, photo shooting will begin! Let’s create the image you desire, such as a simple silhouette or drawing letters in the night sky with a penlight.

You are the to star of this photo tour, using the night sky as a canvas, you can create your own customized photo shoot poses! Under the star light sky, you can take a romantic photo with someone you love.
There’s no limit to enjoy the star light sky of Daisen.
Create a special memory on this photo shoot tour, so when you return home the memories of Daisen will be revitalized eternally by the photos you have taken.
How many desired photo poses with each group:
- Up to 3 people per group can take 2 poses
- Up to 4 ~ 6 people per group can take 3 poses
- More than 7 people per group can take 4 poses.
The photo shooting time is 10 minutes for each group, so if you are planning to join this tour, we recommend you think about what kind of desired poses you would like to capture in your professional photo shoot prior to coming on the tour.
For your memories
After your photo shoot tour, we will send your photos taken which your selected poses via email. You can share your photos to social media, put in a photo album and/or display in your family home.

This tour will be held 2 ~ 3 times a month. The meteors and the Milky Way look different depends on the seasons.

Please come to reception desk 10 minutes before the tour start. You will need to drive your car to the photo shooting location. If you don`t have any transportation such as a rental car, we will pick you up at the hotel for free of charge. In that case, the shooting order will be the last. It may take some time to take you to the hotel after finished. Please request when you make a reservation. |

| Reservation: | Acceptable one day before the tour. |
| Cancellation: | If you cancel on the day, we will charge you half of the fee. |
| Tour Cancellation: | The photo shoot tour maybe cancelled by the tour Guide due adverse weather, such as rain and cloudy conditions. No fee is charged if tour is cancelled by the Guide. At 9 AM, the day before the photo shoot tour, Daisen tour desk will judged the weather condition for the photo shoot tour. In case of cancellation, we will contact you by email from around 10 o'clock. Information will also be uploaded to our website. |

I recommend you to wear dark clothes because you can get a beautiful silhouette when you take a picture. Bright colors such as white, yellow, and red will appear in the picture. If you wear additional clothing, the silhouette will show the shape of this additional clothing. |

About the Photo data and additional purchase
The photo size is the 2048 x 1365 px, and we will give you the data with the tour credit later.
*Photographic processing such as use for profit and trimming is strictly prohibited.

Photos (From the second sheet ) other than presents can be purchased for an additional 2,200 yen per 1 piece of data (JPG).
Please consult the staff on the day for details.
Time schedule
- Reception (Please come to reception desk 10 minutes before the tour start.)
- Tour started (Please check the 〝Date of the event〟for the start time.)
- Lecture on starry sky and Daisen photo (About 20 minutes.)
- After the explanation, each person moves from the reception area to the shooting area by car(Our staff will lead you).
- Taking photo about 2 hours , we are going to break up at the site.
